First, log in to your Boost Collective account:
Don't have an account? Sign up for an account with the email you used to place your initial order. Your ongoing campaign should appear once you click on 'recover campaigns' in the dashboard.
Then, head to 'settings':
From there, click on 'manage ongoing campaigns' in the menu, and select which ongoing campaign you'd like to cancel:
If you're still having trouble or are having issues seeing your campaigns appear, please email us at support@boost-collective.com and we will process your cancellation.
